北周改沛县为石梁县，治所在今安徽天长西石梁，隋大业初改名永福。北周时，曾为石粱郡治所。

北周置

东晋置戍，并侨沛县于此。

元置

元至元十三年（1276年）置，以在石梁山得名。治所在今云南曲靖东北，属曲靖路沾益州，明永乐初废。
