Cape Fear River

美国北卡罗来纳州中部和东南部河流。由迪普(Deep)河和霍(Haw)河汇成，大致向南流，在绍斯波特(Southport)注入大西洋。全长约320公里(200哩)。该河南河口湾是大西洋沿岸水路的一部分，一系列船闸和拦河坝使该河维明顿(Wilmington)至费耶特维尔(Fayetteville)之间河段可通航。
