优留单于（？—87年），历史上的北匈奴单于。在东汉章和元年（公元87年），鲜卑部落对北匈奴发起攻击并取得了胜利，优留单于在此次战斗中丧生。其死后，北匈奴发生了大乱，其异母兄被立为新的单于。
