桔水，工业产品。甘蔗制糖生产过程中，经压榨提汁，澄清除杂，蒸发浓缩，煮糖结晶等工序之后，煮好的糖膏经分蜜机筛分出产品糖跟糖蜜，到最后阶段筛分的为丙膏，分离出来的即为丙糖(赤砂糖，也就是通常所说的黄糖)和丙蜜，丙蜜即俗称为桔水。
